What is it about the moustache that makes me giggle so? I am fascinated by them...in particular the handlebar moustache ( cue 70's porn music wuccawuccawucca bababahaaha). I love them. So much so that at our second wedding ( here I digress - you can skip this bit if you like -we had the official one in Sydney when we hadn't been living up here very long, so the elderly grandparents could attend with ease- then we went on honeymoon, came home and repeated the ceremony- our friend pretended to be a celebrant and we did the whole ceremony again- but with more giggling, less crying from me and lots of hoorays from the assembled crowd, followed by a debate - bride vs groom about what was ok and not ok in our marriage ie the terms and conditions- Chef had been planning his arguments and ideas for months - how many times a week could he go fishing etc , where as I had not really done much but then three friends of mine decided to kindly take it upon themselves to come out in time for the debate dressed as Queens Counsels- complete with little wigs- hilarious- Chef had arguments - we had outfits....anyway...back to the point of the story) the invite was strict- no presents but a strict dress code for the blokes- they needed to be sporting a handle bar moustache. It was hilarious- some of my friends were growing them for months others shaved one up in a few days - they were brilliant. People dressed around their moustaches it was great- the photos look so good- it really got everyone giggling ... I don't know what it is? Maybe they just remind me of my childhood- surbuban Sydney in the 70's... I don't know ... its not that I am attracted to men with a moustache its more that they make me giggle when I see them...I do love Movember!!!
I really HAVE TO meet you sometime!
