A collaboration: My Bearded Yardage??

So I have been lovin' the tram scrolls that seem to be everywhere at the moment and decided I wanted to make some with my hometown on them to sell to visitors and tourists- a classy souvenir if you like... I was originally going to make cushions.... but my eyes kept wandering over to my yardage design tea towel that I had framed... Chef was adamant the Bellingen bus scroll should be a tea towel... but I felt like the tram scroll tea towel was Nic's idea... so I asked her to make them for me!  That way I felt like I was giving her a slice of the action- so to speak.
Nic did a brilliant job and I am thrilled, they are selling really well, with Chef and the owner on the case- I don't think any of the regulars have been able to resist their collective "charm..."
If anyone wants one just email me.

More birthday stitchin'.... in red

It was my friends birthday today and we lunched together- just the ladies ....I embroidered this tea towel for her as she loves cooking and eating, (I excel at the latter and don't do so well with the former). On completion I realised it was probably more decorative than functional ...as I don't really know how it would go in the wash... but it does look nice on our stove so I may have to make another.... the red stitching continues... maybe one day I will stitch something in another colour...but red is just so good.
