That is so ...

Remember dial up? Remember the sound of a modem?? I know you do. Remember how long it took for a page to load?? How long it took for pictures to download? Remember the frustration?

I heard a 15 year old describe something he thought was a bit un-cool like this not so long ago and I laughed my head off.... was he even using a computer when we had dial up???

In the shop now.

  1. LOVE it Cath! I remember the sound of the modem... and I remember the frustration! I also remember the days when you'd try calling someone on their landline for hours only to get a busy signal because they were on the internet... ahhh, technology. Hard to keep up with!

I think you should do t-shirts of this, too.

  10. LOL!! I love this post and I love the new pillows and I have to laugh because the only form of internet I have at home IS dial-up!! Oh the slowness! Oh the frustrations! Oh the busy landline!!

Which is why I frequently go to my dear boyfriends place to use his DSL ;)

Thanks for the chuckle - I needed that!
