not a knitting clock, a knitting windmill!

Many of us, positively wet ourselves when we saw this:

over at Kylies blog. It is a clock that you turn the wheel everyday and over a year it knits a scarf. I know. I was excited by it too. It's so good. I love it so much in fact such was my obsession with owning one I would have bought it on the spot for stupid amount. But I have found something almost as good, maybe even better.

A windmill that knits a scarf. FOR REAL! A wind powered knitting machine!!

Be still my beating heart. I love this. Love!! The genius behind this, Merel Karhof, lives in the UK but is originally from The Netherlands. I love it. I want one. I want one outside my window. I want several of them.
