The theme for Pips Words and Pictures this week is Catchin' Up, something I love to do... ( see previous words and pictures post). We have people over for dinner a lot-like at least twice a week. You know just a casual affair....
The deal at our place is Chef (OBVIOUSLY) cooks and I do Ambiance. Somdays this just means pushing all the papers, bills, objects I don't want Busy to reach all to one end of the table , other times I do go to some effort, white tablecloth, huge white damask napkins, candles....Sometimes we light the wood fired pizza oven- also known as the Rainmaker as it quite often rains when we plan to use it- Chef built ( its amazing!!!) and get everyone to bring ingredients and we make pizza! We huddle around it and eat with our hands its so yummy and everyone always says its the best pizza they have ever had. I love nothing better than catching up with good friends whilst munching on good food.....
