....more wholesale on the home stretch... I always think the softies like quite creepy before they have been stuffed, like they are dead and deflated... (or maybe thats just me...)
... and then they come to life...
I got this for Busy* a while ago on the Bay of E so she could sew when I sew....
- ( thats my excuse and I am sticking to it) which works for about 10 minutes - she gets the measuring tape and measures her legs (??) then cuts the fabric then sews it - she did it in that order without prompting- the little sponge that she is... but because I have been so busy I am wondering- at what age can you legally get your child behind the machine....This was again one of those things I bought for Busy which Chef, with raised brow asked "who is it really for?" ( look at it- resistance was futile!)
To have a sticky beak at what everyone else has been up to pop over to Kirstys place and join in the fun.
* just a reminder or if you are new to my blog, my childs name is not actually Busy- I still get asked all the time
.....and thanks to EVERYONE so so so so so so much for all your help with Busy and her sleep, I will write more about what we are doing tomorrow...
AND if you want to see what inspires me - pop on over to the Madeit blog...you may even find YOU get a mention....
Loving those rattles, and I know what you mean about the deflated softies. They do look odd and the...wow..they suddenly come alive. I liked all your shots of them lined up, so colourful & individual. Thanks too for your comments on my Friends post, I reallly enjoyed reading everyone's different angles & thoughts xo
ReplyDeletethat little machine is so cute! my Ruby would love one. The softies and rattles are great, and yes, they do look a little creepy un-stuffed! ;)
ReplyDeleteWe would have had stern words had you attempted to resist. My heart skipped a beat when I saw Busy’s sewing machine - and not because I was freaking out at any deflated softies.
