Have you had one lately? Chef bought some home the other night and I would be lying if my first thought was ... hmmmph, that isn't going to be very exciting... but I tell ya, it was great! They are even better than I remembered.
That biscuity stuff on the outside is de- lish. I was going to take a photo of me with the one I actually ate but it was to good, I had to eat it straight away.

They were my all-time fave ice-cream when I was a kidlet; I remember the occasional treat we'd get from the local milkbar; a salad roll & a golden gaytime... Aaahhh, memories!

ReplyDeleteummmm I can definately have a gaytime on my own, in fact I can have four gaytimes all by myslef lol They are my fave and have been since I was about 5! Funny thing is my daughter (age 5) also loves them!
