We have been on holidays to the beach... I took several hundred photos and we had a really lovely time...just what we needed... I feel like I am getting to know my camera now and plan on doing a photoshop course at some point this year...
Zac is still at the beach with Chef who is there with "the boys" for a few more days. Of course we miss Chef deperately (my belly in particular) but it is so quiet here without Zac I am barely coping... his chichichichi around the house at night as his toenails patter on the wooden floor and the big huruuumph sound as he throws himself on the ground and sighs loudly is a constant noise in the background of this house... I miss having him at my feet.

ReplyDeleteI know what you mean about missing your dog. We lost Jessie last year and still to this day I think I should let her in as I miss her not being with me. We talk of getting another but I think dh has forgotten they are more work as a puppy than a baby!
Zac in the water! Awesome shot of awesomeness.
ReplyDeleteThe picture of Zac in the water is just so.. radiant! I can't think of a better word than that. You have captured the simple joy of childhood perfectly, Cath.

Such sweet photos with the 'mermaid necklace' - a lovely idea to put it back for the mermaid too, but I guess it was just too special to leave behind :)

ReplyDeleteCath - you photos are really beautiful. I love the one of Busy in the water & the ocean shot. Nice work love. Em x
ReplyDeleteHope your two boys are back in the blink of an eye (without the dirty washing or pocketfuls of sand or too many smuggled, stinky 'mermaid' treasures)...
ReplyDeleteIsn't it funny how your animals make such a difference in the house! But I'm sure Zac appreciated some extra time "with the boys".
ReplyDeleteYour photos are stunning. Truly wonderful. You're an inspiration.
