My Creative Space: Photography

My Creative Space has been all about taking photos. I really love playing with my camera and I love taking photos of our little family.

We have been on holidays to the beach... I took several hundred photos and we had a really lovely time...just what we needed... I feel like I am getting to know my camera now and plan on  doing a photoshop course at some point this year...

I took some sewing with me and didn't touch it... Busy struggled over if she should take the "mermaid necklace" she found home or put it back in the ocean for the mermaid... it came home.

Zac is still at the beach with Chef who is there with "the boys" for a few more days. Of course we miss Chef deperately (my belly in particular) but it is so quiet here without Zac I am barely coping... his chichichichi around the house at night as his toenails patter on the wooden floor and the big huruuumph sound as he throws himself on the ground and sighs loudly is a constant noise in the background of this house... I miss having him at my feet.

  6. that pic of busy in the water is amazing...

I know what you mean about missing your dog. We lost Jessie last year and still to this day I think I should let her in as I miss her not being with me. We talk of getting another but I think dh has forgotten they are more work as a puppy than a baby!

  10. Such sweet photos with the 'mermaid necklace' - a lovely idea to put it back for the mermaid too, but I guess it was just too special to leave behind :)

Busy's hair makes me smile every time! I wished so hard for hair like that when I was little! Actually, I would still love it!

  17. Hope your two boys are back in the blink of an eye (without the dirty washing or pocketfuls of sand or too many smuggled, stinky 'mermaid' treasures)...

  18. Isn't it funny how your animals make such a difference in the house! But I'm sure Zac appreciated some extra time "with the boys".
