my new wood cushion here |
It has been a little crazy around here. Crazy. I have missed your blogs- please fill me in on anything absolutely stupendous? has anyone had a baby or anything? Crafted up something that I cannot miss??
I just listed these latest cushions. What do you think? The above is a closeup of some wood and the below is a photo of a boardwalk. It is in a little town near here called Urunga, I love the boardwalk. I remember taking this photo involved laying in very cold sand fully clothed and I remember thinking I am really getting serious with this wanting to get a good photo thing. So here it is.

The Giveaway is this: I have three tickets to Organic Expo and Green Show happening in Sydney in August.
The double pass will be valid for EITHER Saturday August 6 or Sunday August 7. You can collect your tickets from the Trade Registration & Ticket Collection Booth next to the entrance to the show. The Show is held at Hall 3, Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre, Darling Harbour. Opening times are Saturday 10am-6pm and Sunday 10am-5pm.
Have you ever been? It is great. We went a couple of years ago and the food was AMAZING!!! The ideas and the amount of nice stuff you can get that is organic now is great. It is on in Melbourne too. Kylie Kwong will be doing cooking demonstrations- YUM - and their are loads of talks about how to live a healthier life. All good stuff!

Hi Love, not entering just wanted to say Hi and tell you I love the cushions and you have to go and check out what Tania has been up to.
ReplyDeleteHi Cath,
ReplyDeleteI'm in India, so I'm not entering the giveaway. Just wanted to say that your photo of the boardwalk is gorgeous and it would look equally amazing as a blown-up print. Now if you were to give that away... :)
Just kidding. Love your work.
Best,
Chryselle
Adore the new cushions! The only new baby here is our baby chick Hazel, she's a cutie. I haven't crafted a thing but there is always tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a great expo, good luck to the entries.
Hey Cath,
ReplyDeleteloooove the latest cushions - wow!!
I've made a doll for Kate.
And the Mr has just lost his job - with no notice given as within the trial period! (they been V unprofessional tho) Can't claim a thing as not citizens yet... So we will be moving again as soon as he finds something! Great.
XXXJ.
I can't make it to Sydney, so no entry from me, just a hello, and lots of admiration!
ReplyDeleteI had big plans for being kinder to the earth by taking a train instead of the car to an appointment today, until there was a fault with the tracks... next time?
hope you're looking after yourself in the midst of all your busyness xo
Hey Cath, your cushions are a-mazing! I absolutely love the Urunga Boardwalk one! No entry for me in your competition I'm afraid, I'll hopefully be holding my newborn at that point, but just wanted to say how much I love your work! Keep on sewing!
